Dana Air celebrates anniversary with customer-friendly initiatives
Dana Air has assured its teeming guests of more customer-customer friendly initiatives as the airline celebrates its 7th anniversary.
The anniversary is coming on the heels of the airlines’ progression with the successful completion of an Emergency Response Training.
According to the accountable manager of Dana Air, Mr Obi Mbanuzuo, the airline has made significant efforts to maintain her vision, which is be recognized and respected as Nigeria’s most reliable and customer – friendly airline. He emphasized that the airline will continue to review its operations to ensure a hassle-free flight experience for its guests.
“Part of the initiatives we have launched recently are the frequent flyer program to reward our loyal customers, online check-in to reduce congestion at the check-in counters and delays at the airport and most recently the bus service, which enable our guests arriving MMA2 to get shuttle services to certain parts of Lagos State”, Mbanuzuo said.

He noted that the airline entered into partnership with Bond Masters Limited, to provide affordable airport shuttle services to its guests while stressing that, members of its frequent flyer program Dana Miles; would get even cheaper bus service.
On the reason for the staff appreciation party, Obi said: “we are here today celebrating our 7th anniversary because of the professionalism, perseverance and commitment of our staff members and there is no better time to celebrate and appreciate them. He continued: “the anniversary week has been busy for us, from our visit to the orphanage, to our anniversary novelty match, we decided to cap the entire celebration by appreciating our staff members at a dinner”
Speaking further, Obi said the airline is now set to take a step forward with the imminent launch of daily flights to Accra. “We are now set to commence daily flights to Accra with a smart plan to bring world-class options to the flying public, in terms of in-flight service, on-time performance and pocket-friendly fares”
In less than seven years of its operations, Dana Air has grown to become one of Nigeria’s leading airlines, operating over 20 daily flights to Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Uyo.
The airline is a Recipient of several awards for aviation service excellence; with a reputation for efficient customer services, world- class in-flight services, on-time departures and arrivals, innovative e-airline products and high safety and quality standards.
