The chief executive officer and president of Travel Manitoba, Collins Ferguson, the former minister of Tourism of Seychelles and candidate for last UNWTO Secretary General election, Alain St. Ange and Dr Peter Aarinola of Multicultural Centre, Thompson and Representative of World Trade Centre, Winnipeg among other personalities are set to grace Travellinks Holidays and Educational Services Incorporated conference in Canada as Speakers.
This is coming just as Travellinks Holidays a Manitoba, Canada based tour, hospitality and travel company is set to organise a one-week familiarisation and conference tour to Canada for people in the travel and other allied businesses to visit Manitoba, Canada.
The visit is billed for September 2017.
The event has been designed to mark Canada 150 Celebrations and as exploratory visit for the participants to explore Manitoba, the heart beat of Canada. We will share the beauty and history of the Province with delegates from Europe, Africa and America during their visit.
Speaking on the tour, the managing director of Travellinks Tours, Mr. Gbenga Oluboye said his company is trying to build a greater travel and business relationship between not just Manitoba, but Canada and Nigeria.
He said during the visit, Nigeria tourists would have opportunity for business discussions and also tour the different sites and tourist sites in Canada.
He said: “this is the maiden edition of this travel package. It will be an annual event. We want also use the opportunity not only encourage Nigerian tourists to visit Canada, but to also expose the country to the Canadians for possible tourist visits. It is a multi-layer visit, there tourism aspect, the business aspect and the education aspect of the trip. We have made adequate arrangements and have also involved the Manitoba authorities in our planning of this trip.”
During the Winnipeg 2017 Leisure and Exploration Tour, participants would have opportunity to visit: Canadian Museum for Human Rights, Winnipeg Royal Canadian Mint, Winnipeg Assiniboine Park, Winnipeg, Manitoba Legislative Building, Winnipeg, Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada, Winnipeg, University College of the North, Thompson, Northern Heritage Museum, Thompson.
The Symposium will focus on Business Opportunities with Tax Advantages in Manitoba,Tourism in Manitoba and Business Opportunities in Manitoba with experts in attendance.
Travellinks was established to boost the interest of domestic and international tourists in Manitoba, promote travel and tourism patronage, stakeholders’ products and services by the highly global travellers and too facilitate and promote networks and inter-relationship between players in the travel and tourism industry among other objectives.
