Arik Air reinstates flights to Warri, Gombe, MMA2 as FAAN suspends action

Arik Air is reinstating flights to Osubi Airport, Warri and Gombe Airport as well as move all Port Harcourt bound flights back to Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal 2 (MMA2) with immediate effect. This follows the suspension of an earlier decision by Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria’s (FAAN) to withdraw Aviation Security, fire fighting and rescue services to the airports. Arik Air said it regret any inconvenience the earlier closure of the three airports may have caused its esteemed customers. The airline assured customers of a hitch-free operations this festive season.

Ex-NDDC director, Tuoyo Omatsuli forfeits N1.8b properties to FG

A Federal High Court, Lagos, today, ordered the final forfeiture to the federal government, of properties worth N1.8 billion belonging to  a former Executive Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). Engr. Tuoyo Omatsuli. Company’s manager remanded over alleged fraud, issuance of dud cheque

The general manager of Cash Craft and Asset Management Limited, Mr. Ayo Balogun, has been remanded in prison custody at the order of a Federal High Court, Lagos.
