LEDAP sues Akpabio, others over NDDC ‘interim committee’

The Legal Defence and Assistance Project (LEDAP) has instituted a suit before a Federal High Court, Abuja challenging the powers of the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godswill Akpabio, to constitute an interim management team to run the affairs of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). AIB investigates serious incident involving Air Peace B737-500 aircraft

The Accident Investigation Bureau, AIB Nigeria team of safety investigators have commenced investigation into a serious incident involving a Boeing 737-500 aircraft operated by Air Peace, with registration marks, 5N-BUJ. The AIB said it was notified of the serious incident by the airline.
