Absence of complete perimeter fencing at Bayelsa Airport responsible for non certification

The Ag. director general of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) Capt. Abdullahi Sidi, has disclosed that absence of adequate perimeter fencing at the Bayelsa airport in Yenagoa prevented the regulatory authority from issuing it certification despite its inauguration about six months ago.
