Skyway Aviation Handling Company PLC, (SAHCO) has been chosen as the preferred Ground Handling partner for TAAG-Angola Airlines. TAAG-Angola, which commenced operations into Lagos, Nigeria on Monday, 16th of December, 2019 is the national airline of Angola that operates an all-Boeing fleet, the airline will be flying twice a week from the Murtala Muhammed International Airport. Nigeria plans to enlist more sites as UNESCO World Heritage Sites

The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, has announced plans to enlist more of Nigeria’s cultural sites as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Court dismisses Kalu’s post conviction bail application

Justice Muhammed Liman of Federal High Court, Lagos, today, dismissed post conviction bail application, filed by Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, for lacking in merit. Justice Liman dismissed Kalu’s application, after ruling against all four issue raised for determination by the convicted former Governor of Abia State. Kalu alongside his company, Slok Nigeria Limited and his former Director of Finance, Udeh Jones Udeogu, were respectively convicted and sentenced to 12 and 10 years imprisonment by Justice Mohammed Idris.
