Two fraudsters, who operate illegal and unregistered Bureau De Change (BDC) Uju Peace Iziogu and Mr Richard Owegie, were today, convicted by a Federal High Court, Lagos, for defrauding their victims to whooping sum of N162 million. The Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission, NCPC, in collaboration with the Delta State Pilgrims Welfare Board, has successfully screened 300 intending pilgrims for this year’s holy pilgrimage to Israel.
