Ikorodu communities battle Ikeja Electric over estimated billings, pre-paid meters

No fewer than 10 Community Development Associations (CDAs) within the Ikorodu area of Lagos have petitioned the Ikeja Electric (IE) Plc over outrageous billings and lack of pre-paid meters. The CDAs under Ikorodu Central Local Community Development Area (LCDA) alleged that officials of Ikeja Electric had over the years continued to engage in fraudulent activities in the area, while also giving the communities an epileptic power supply. A self-acclaimed estate agent, Durojaiye Adetimi, has been arraigned before a Lagos Federal High Court, for allegedly obtained the sum of N10 million, by false pretence from one Olatunde Egbesola. Air Peace resumes Dubai flight service Feb 5, increases flights to Enugu

Nigeria’s leading airline Air Peace has announced the resumption of flights into Dubai via Sharjah on February 5, 2021.
