Alleged misappropriation of fund: Police ask Court to dismiss FUOYE’s VC suit

The men of Police Special Fraud Unit (PSFU) have asked a Lagos Federal High Court, to dismiss a fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by Professor Abayomi Sunday Fasina, the Vice Chancellor of Federal University, Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State, (FUOYE) and two others. Court sentences father of 3 to 20 years imprisonment for dealing in 2.10 kg of Indian Hemp

A Lagos Federal High Court has convicted and sentenced father of three, Olatunji Emmanuel, to 20 years Imprisonment, for dealing in 2.10 kilograms of Cannabis Sativa popularly called Indian Hemp.
