Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the Lagos Federal High Court, has ordered the remand of a 55 year-old woman, Mrs. Patricia Ekhoe Igbinovia, accused of trafficking lady for foreign prostitution, in the custody of Nigerian Correctional Services (NCoS), till January 21. IATA appoints Frederic Leger as SVP for Commercial Products, Services

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has appointed Frederic Leger as the association’s Senior Vice President for Commercial Products and Services. Leger served in the role on an ad interim basis since July 2021, when IATA’s Commercial Products and Services Division was created as part of an internal restructuring. He reports to Willie Walsh, IATA’s Director General. NCAA boss clarifies misinformation on ICAO security, facilitation, safety audits

The Director-General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Capt. Musa Nuhu, has explained that the forthcoming International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme (USOAP) Continuous Monitoring Approach (CMA) slated for the first quarter of 2022 is not same as Annexes 9 and 17 of the international body. Court convict, sentences father of two to 3 years imprisonment

A Lagos Federal High Court, has convicted and sentenced a 34 year-old man, Isaiah Cos Dickson, to three years Imprisonment for human trafficking.
