Flight operations resumes as FAAN begins investigation into unidentified body at MMA Runway

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria has commenced Investigations on an incident in which an unidentified human remains were found on Runway 18R/36L on Thursday, May 19, 2022. FAAN explained in a statements that with Investigations ongoing, a report will be issued on the matter accordingly.
