A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos presided by Honourable Justice I. N. Oweibo has given another big win to Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON), the nation’s biggest Copyright Collective Management Organization. In a judgment delivered, Justice Oweibo granted a perpetual injunction restraining the Lagos based City F.M. 105.1 its agents, privies or servants from continuing to take and broadcast musical works and sound recordings belonging to the Plaintiff (COSON), the Plaintiff’s members, assignors and affiliates without payment of all outstanding royalties. Sirika, Aviation Labour Leaders visit Istanbul, Brasilia Airports over Airport Concession

The Aviation Minister, Senator Hadi Sirika has led a team comprising officials of the Ministry, agencies and organized labour in the aviation industry on an inspection tour of two successfully concessioned airports.
