Court sentences 2 Access Bank staff to 3 years imprisonment for removing N9.4m from customer’s account

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja presided over by Justice Mojisola Olajuwon on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 sentenced two Access Bank staff to three years imprisonment for removing N9.4m from a customer’s account. The two Access Bank Staff identified as Agbo John Agama and Edoh Steve were convicted and sentenced to three years imprisonment for conspiracy, aiding, and abetting fraud to the tune of N9.4 million.
