Arik Air expresses committment to airlift of international pilgrims
Arik Air said it is working closely with the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) to ensure that all international pilgrims registered with the Association for Hajj and Umrah Operators of Nigeria (AHUON) are transported within the time frame allotted for this year’s exercise.
The Airline said it has already deployed additional aircraft for the exercise and are now wrapping up the airlift in Lagos, Abuja and Kano.
The management of Arik explained in a statement that initial hitch which occurred during the airlift is highly regrettable.
The airline while thanking the leadership of NAHCON for its intervention, appealed for the understanding of the pilgrims and Tour Operators.
