Cyber crime: Union Bank evolves new technologies to protect customers deposit

The management of Union Bank PLC has disclosed that the bank is always evolving new technologies to ensure their customers do not suffer loss on account of cyber crime.

The Bank said it has high standard for security, to protect their system against cyber crime.

Speaking during a recent interactive zoom meeting with online Journalists, Chief Brand & Marketing Officer of Union Bank, Mrs Ogochukwu Ekezie Ekaidem stated that the bank places premium on the protection of customers deposit by ensuring they do not suffer any loss on account of cyber crime.

Mrs Ekezie Ekaidem noted that with young and vibrant staff, Union Bank is on top of their game in giving customers the best services.

She assured that the bank will continue to add value to its customers with its top notch services.

On the issue of loans, Ekezie Ekaidem said the bank is disposed to giving out loans to worthy customers who are able to meet up with the criteria.

She maintained that Union Bank is in business to take calculated and mitigated risks.

The Chief Brand & Marketing Officer of Union Bank added that the criteria for loans are open for its customers who maybe interested.
