The National Hotel Association has directed its members to ensure that all notes in their possession are deposited in commercial banks before the deadline Central Bank of Nigeria earmarked for the deposition of the notes in banks nationwide
The National President of the Association His Highness Eze Patrick Anyanwu said this during an interactive session with newsmen on the redesigned notes in Abuja
He said the leadership of NHA in the 36 states and FCT will swing into action with a view to educating the hoteliers on the new policy
He also urged the chief servants of various states to work hand in hand with the CBN and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that all their members to deposit their monies before thirty first
His Highness Eze Patrick Anyanwu called on members to use the alternative means created by CBN especially point of sales agents working with CBN officials who are working in all nooks and crannies of the country
The NHA BOSS used the medium and enjoined Nigerians to cooperate and support the government policy for the overall development of the nation
