A Bureau De Change operator, Mohammed Yusuf Yahaya, today, told a Federal High Court, Lagos, how Nigerian Maritime Administration Safety Agency (NIMASA) under the leadership of Dr. Patrick Ziadeke Akpolobokemi, used his letterhead paper to secure fake contracts.
