The trial of three Nigerian business man and a company, who allegedly imported 1, 570 pump Action Rifles into the country, between June 6 to 20, 2017, resumed today at the Federal High Court , Lagos. A Federal High Court, Lagos, o. Wednesday, refused the bail applications filed by the alleged two smugglers of 1570 pump action rifles into Nigeria. The alleged smugglers whose bail applications were refused are: Ayogu Great James and one Ifeuwa Moses Christ. A businessman, Ayogu Great James, who was alleged to have imported 1570 pump action rifles into Nigeria, sometimes between September 6 to 20, 2017, was arraigned before a Federal High Court, Lagos, by the men of Nigerian Customs Services (NCS).
