The Supreme Court has dismissed the judgement that convicted and sentenced the former Governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor-Kalu, to 12 years imprisonment. The Federal High Court in Lagos on Tuesday ordered the forfeiture of three landed properties belonging to Kola Aluko, an ally of a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Allison-Madueke. A convicted drugs dealer, Chief Odugwe Azubuike, has forfeited a total sum of N31, 425, 813. 55 million and two vehicles to the federal government of Nigeria.
