Courier firm, manager docked for exporting hard drug

A courier company, Cargo Naija Limited and its Export manager, Odiache Chidinma Stephen have been arraigned before a Federal High Court, Lagos, for exporting 13.8 kilograms of a hard drug called Methamphetamine. Both the firm and its export manager were arraigned on a count charge of the offence by the men of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency ( NDLEA), before Justice Sule Hassan led-court. Alleged N1.4bn fraud: Non service of charge stall NBA president’s arraignment

The purported arraignment of the President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Mr. Paul Usoro, before a Federal High Court, Lagos, today, over alleged N1.4 billion fraud was stalled due to non service of the charge on him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
