Persistent disobedience to court order: First Bank chairman, Awosika, MD, 2 others risk jail

A Federal High Court, Lagos, today, fixed January 21, 2021, for hearing of contempt application against the First Bank of Nigeria, its Chairman, Ibukun Awosika, the bank’s managing director, Adesola K. Adeduntan, for their alleged persistent failure to obey an order of the court. Others listed as alleged contemnors are: Francis O. Shobo and Bridget Osazuwa.
