A Federal High Court, Lagos, today, ordered that the the former Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Professor Maurice Mmaduakolam Iwu, be remanded in prison custody, pending the fulfilment of bail terms granted him by the court. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) today, before a Federal High Court, Lagos, declared its witness in the ongoing trial of the immediate past Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Peter Ayodele Fayose, as an ‘Hostile witness’.
