NAMA splits Lagos Sub-FIR airspace into two sectors

The Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) has successfully split the Lagos Sub-Flight Information Region (Sub-FIR) airspace into two sectors: Lagos West Area Control Centre on 120.9MHz radio frequency and Lagos East Area Control Centre on 127.3MHz frequency. The Agency said the split was in line with its commitment towards enhancing the quality of air traffic services in the country. TRACON: NAMA urges FG to prevail on Thales of France to adhere to terms of contract

The Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, NAMA has urged the federal government to prevail on Thales of France to adhere strictly to the terms of contract entered into with Nigeria on the Total Radar Coverage (TRACON) equipment at the nation’s airports.
