Certificate: Lawyer files suit seeking Buhari’s disqualification for 2019 election

A Lagos based-lawyer, Itesede Kingsley Okhai, has filed a suit before a Federal High Court, Lagos, seeking the disqualification of President Mohammudu Buhari, from participating in the 2019 General Election, over his failure to produce his Certificates and educational qualification. The lawyer in a suit which was filed on Monday, October 29, and marked FHC/L/CS/1765/18, also joined the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as second respondent.
