Effective for transactions originating from 1 February 2026, United Nigeria Airlines joined a prestigious global network of carriers utilizing the ICH for secure and efficient financial settlements.
This milestone enables United Nigeria Airlines to settle interline billings—including passenger and cargo transactions—through a secure and centralized global settlement system.
The airline said this admission reinforces its commitment to international best practices and operational transparency.
While ICH membership facilitates seamless financial settlement between carriers, it serves as the foundation for our broader strategy to establish interline and codeshare partnerships.
United Nigeria stated that this development is central to its mission of flying to unite, expand connectivity and provide their passengers with world-class service as it grow its regional and international footprints.
