The executive Ssecretary thanked his guest for being the first to pay him a courtesy visit, adding that “he is proud of them”.
He promised to look into all their request with a view to addressing them.
He explained that you cannot discuss pilgrimage without talking about the Church.

The NCPC boss informed that the goal of the Commission this year was to send about 20,000 pilgrims to Israel this year.

He said the board was in NCPC to show their solidarity and willingness to co-operate and work with the NCPC boss.
He admonished the Executive Secretary to pursue excellence with unity of purpose as contained in the vision, mission and core values of NCPC.
The chairman equally called on the NCPC boss to strive to promote unity with all stakeholders of the pilgrimage sector.
He also stressed the need to synergize with the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), SCPWBs at all levels this according to him, “will yield more fruitful results”.
The Board through its chairman urged the NCPC boss to fast track the implementation of the bilateral relationship between Nigeria and Israel.
Rev. Nyam also canvassed for the facilitation of the take off of Benue pilgrims from Makurdi in order to put an end to the economic, social and security risk that Benue pilgrims go through whenever they embark on Holy Pilgrimage.
According to him: “NCPC, Benue State, the federal government and other stakeholders stand to benefit economically and socially”.
